Our flexible containers are particularly well suited for silicone and/or sealants, as the viscosity of the material can be high.
The containers, available in 1000 or 900 liters (app. 265 or 240 US gallons), are stretched and squeezed so that even semi-solid material can be pumped in the right flow.
Thanks to a closed system, the risk of dirt, contamination or other external influences is eliminated. Cleanliness requirements, even for the food or pharmaceutical industry, are not a problem.

Silicone and sealant industry setups and solutions
With all this said, how can a Fluid-Bag setup look like?
Let’s take a look at some typical solutions; containers and equipment.
One Fluid-Bag unit includes stacking frame (A in the illustration below), single-trip inner container (B), transport bag (C), and pallet (D).
The disposable inner container is always clean, and there is no need for maintenance or washing. The bag is strong and durable to withstand handling and transport, and available in two sizes: 1000 or 900 liters (app. 265 or 238 US gallons).
The inner liner is matched with the silicone that will be handled, depending on the characteristics of the material. We are used to supply demanding industries like food and pharmaceuticals, as well as food-graded lubricants and more.
The outlet can be either 2", 3" or 4", depending on the characteristics of the conent and the preferred pump selection.
The pallet can either be of wood or steel. The wooden pallet defines our "FLEXI unit", suitable for one-way transports, and the steel pallet is a part of our "MULTI unit" (for multiple use).
