We are looking for a

Sales Support Engineer

to our head office in Jakobstad

Your first task will be to learn everything about our products in order to become a product expert that offers technical support to our customers, our sales team, and our network of representatives around the world. You will be a member of the sales team and cooperate with sales, marketing, and the technical department. The goal is to make the sales process and our customer support more efficient.

You will be based in Jakobstad, but when necessary you will also participate in tests and commissioning at our customers’ premises. The work comprises frequent communication with our international customers. We mainly work in English and Swedish, other language skills are considered a plus. The job includes some travelling.

The tasks also include preparation of quotes and registration of documentation and feedback from the market.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a team, engaging with customers, is interested in technology and in getting to know and solving our customers’ challenges.

We would like you to have a Bachelor of Engineering degree (mechanical & production engineering/industrial engineering, or similar). Knowledge of SolidWorks or other 3D drawing tools is an advantage, but not a must.
