As a company, we operate in a large global market as the flexible, modern alternative, and as recently as a few weeks ago we launched our latest product. And more is on the way.

About the role

If you join our team as an Account Manager, your main task will be to manage assigned customer accounts, by optimizing sales and customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for the sales budget for these accounts, as well as for forecasting and support. The task also includes preparing quotes and registration of market feedback.

You will be a member of our Sales Team and cooperate closely with our international network of agents and distributors as well as our local technical department.

The position is based in Jakobstad and requires some travelling to customers.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a team and engaging with customers, who has good communication skills, is a good negotiator as well as experienced in building and growing strong customer relations. The person should also have an analytical mindset and ability to understand customer needs in a technical environment.

This position requires a person who is fluent in English, plus Swedish and/or Finnish. Other languages are considered an asset.
